  • 1:1 Coaching is the BEST way to start! Laurie has 7 years experience getting new Intermittent Fasters going in a gentle, supportive method. Her top priority is that you feel amazing and have everything you need to stick with it. 

  • You can choose how much or how little time you devote. You'll be able to choose from several Zoom meetings, and you may certainly peruse and share on the Facebook group daily, and ask for support. 

  • Yes! We have over 80 hormones —they are chemical messengers in a delicate balance. When we are fasting, the first hormone that's affected is insulin. Then our hunger and satiety hormones. And cortisol and adrenaline, and on and on. When these hormones begin working correctly, and inflammation is lowered through fasting, and we are burning bodyfat for energy... we begin to feel like ourselves again.

  • All we track is time! We fast clean and have the eating window that feels best to us. Each individual is different. After we get settled into an eating window that feels good, then we begin to upgrade food quality. We believe in bio-individuality — there's not one right diet for all humans. Daily fasting provides clarity regarding which foods feel best for your unique body. 

  • Oh! I have so many questions when I hear this! I'd love to troubleshoot with you. Were you fasting clean? How many hours? Did you push too hard? How long did you consistently stick with it? When you say it "didn't work," I assume you mean on the scale? Did you notice other benefits? How did you feel? Let's start fresh, get steady, and discover ALL the deep healing benefits. And if you are weight loss-resistant, we will figure out what's going on there, too. 

  • Our intimate Facebook group is the best way to stay in touch. There are 7 years of posts, coaching, resources to peruse through. You can post a question or update every day if you like. Laurie posts encouragement, resources, and updates. 

  • Yes. And. This isn't a quick weight loss scheme. Daily fasting matches our evolutionary design — we need to do it. So your body will be thrilled you're doing this! It will dig in and repair itself. This can take time. Some people shed fat right away, others go more slowly as their liver and gut repair, food choices change, movement increases, hormones balance, blood pressure normalizes and more. It's 100% individual.

  • 100%  It's $99 per month to continue. The fourth cornerstone of Laurie's Fast Forward method is Continuing! Since we are learning to "Be a person who takes very good care of myself — right now — no matter what's happening in life," we want to feel steady and stable through life's twists and keep going with what feels good and what works.
