Hi, I’m Laurie!

As a Health Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I combine a 30-year personal study of nutrition with my research and practice of Intermittent Fasting. YES, it is possible to eat the foods you love and live your life feeling strong, vibrant, and lean!

Losing weight isn’t always easy. I’ve been there! In fact, I was just like you, until I started intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting helped me burn stubborn menopausal fat, get rid of brain fog, sleep better, and gain energy. I felt like myself again — and I want all that and more for you, too.

What is Intermittent Fasting?

Intermittent Fasting — Time Restricted Eating —  is simply a pattern of eating and not eating. Taking a conscious pause from eating allows the body a much-needed healing rest for the gut, organs, brain, blood, and hormones. It’s the digestive, hormonal, and metabolic rest our bodies require.

Intermittent Fasting offers a compassionate, results-driven journey back to your truest self. It’s a path I’ve taken myself — and since then I’ve guided countless women through the process of recovering their health and nurturing their bodies with time, patience, and dedication. And I can help you too!

Most of the women I’ve worked with have been pushing themselves their whole lives. It’s what helped them become successful — until they hit those difficult menopausal years. Somewhere around 44, all that pushing finally catches up to us. Suddenly, NOTHING works anymore, we feel out of control, and we may even receive difficult diagnoses, like pre-diabetes, Hashimoto's, or fibromyalgia.

My Philosophy:

Our bodies are screaming for rest. The good news is that when we're fasting, our body enters a state of deep repair. And fasting is flexible! We will create a schedule that works for you, so it feels good and easy to maintain. This is a process of listening rather than pushing. As our bodies age, we do indeed change. And those changes can be amazing! It’s time to take our health back into our own hands. ▸
